so is there going to be any further action on this? Because if the law is not worth the paper it is written on, we don't have a leg to stand on from this point forward. _____ From: tabi-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:tabi-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Easy Talk Sent: Sunday, January 19, 2014 7:25 AM To: tabi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [tabi] Fw: [fcb-l] president set on white cane law state of florida vsTruesdell ----- Original Message ----- From: Easy Talk <mailto:Easytalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: fcb-l@xxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, January 19, 2014 7:23 AM Subject: [fcb-l] president set on white cane law state of florida vsTruesdell Ref Aug 03 2013 when I got hit by a 18 wheeler at a audible traffic light, The defendant Wesley Truesdell challenged the charge of violating the white cane law and Judge Roberts dismissed the charges against the driver. The police officer didn't show up for the hearing. I thought the judge was going to throw out the case since the officer kept saying I walked in to the truck. I ask the judge to please read the law before making his decision. Apparently the law isn't worth the paper it is written on.
