Hello Again:

Actually, I discovered that it appears to be a time issue rather than a file
size issue. I resampled the file via GoldWave but I was still unable to
import the entire file even though the file was have the size.

This is certainly a deal-breaker for me as most of my audio books will not
play in SR.

Thanks.

Rob and Neal touched on a way you may be able to solve your problem.
remember the filesize is 2gb. you can lower your sample rate from 44 k-hz to
22-khz which doubles the time length of your file. You could also change
defaults from Stario to Mono which would also increase the length of the
file.
Rob would that work with say a 6-hour mp3 file?
