[studiorecorder] Extracting data between marks

Hi All,
I have a mono file that is several hours in length that contains songs. I
have use the “m” mark to separate each song, and would now like to know a
way of extracting the data into separate files. I know I can cut and paste
the selections manually, or use “control+shift+s” to have this part
automated, but is there a way of automating the entire process and have SR
manage the entire process itself?
