There's a fairly old build at:

  http://www.umich.edu/~archive/atari/Gnustuff/Tos/Gcc/

It seems to have plenty of documentation with it.

Ouchies, hope that helps.  I suspect anything newer than the above
and you'll either be bootstrapping it or cross-compiling it from
source.

Let us know how you get on, I might be looking into building things
for ST and Falcon in the next year or two.
