What a fabulous day .
Sunshine, two visiting Skiffs and a really successful launch .
Well done everyone for making the day such a success .
For me, the highlights were seeing Betty Hogg out in the skiff .
What an inspirational lady .
Then Hannah and Isaac presenting the flowers .
Didn't they do a good job ?
Thanks to the members who brought down their caravan ,gazebos ,
garden chairs, jugs and ALL the amazing cakes .
The donation box has £134 :50p in it for club funds !
Our guests really seemed to enjoy the afternoon .
For the rowers the scenery on the way to West Sands ,the rowing in and out of
the harbour.
Negotiating the lock gate ,the food and ice cream !
Thank you all for coming,working so hard and making it a day to remember .

I also have all the equipment for tomorrow's afternoon row which I will
take to the Yard in the morning and put inside Sandbay Century .
