TUESDAY EVENING ?
EASY ROWING; pace dictated by the crew
STRENUOUS ROWING ; to improve fitness , technique and racing drills
TASTER/ SOCIAL; this session will accommodate an minimum of two new rowers .
Please help the taster team when possible as crew , cox or shore cover .
RACE TRAINING, TECHNIQUES, DAWN ROWING ; as per demand
The skiff must contain one club member who has done the cox training from names
listed below

The cox will text to advise all rowers only if session cancelled. There may
be occasions when the sea conditions change favourably or otherwise in a short
period and a decision whether or not to row may need to be made with rowers
present. Please add your number to list of contact telephone numbers is in the
leaver arch folder stored in the Coast Rowing cupboard in the sailing club.
