Gentle Subscribers who enjoy a quick challenge will have fun with the multiple

This surprisingly engaging site began life as a project to help with social
studies homework and gradually metamorphosed into a useful, yet entertaining
publication. Among its sections are a rundown on state birds, state nicknames
and how they came to be, along with state flowers, trees, and songs. A Fun
Facts and Trivia section vies for attention with the Quizzes, which cover a
range of details on various seldom thought about state factoids.
