Alexandru, thanks for your reply. Here's the first page of my score. I used
the romantic orchestra template but I changed it a lot. I didn't change the
order of the instruments but I had to remove some instruments and change all
staff names to be in italian. However, I just changed the staff names and
didn't use "edit instruments" dialog. Don't know if it was the correct
choice.

Did you change the order of the instruments? Also, what kind of template
did you choose? Classical, Romantic, Concert Orchestra or anything else?
