I'm having a problem making a customized preset. The main changes I want to
make is changing the order of announcements so rhythm info is before pitch
info, and also I like hearing chords spelled from the bottom note up. I had no
problem making a customized preset on my desktop computer which I've used for
years but am having problem on a laptop I'm trying to use so I can work at my
piano. Maybe it was so long ago that I did this with my desktop I'm doing
something wrong.
When I go into verbosity options and get to the custom presets area, it always
has modified firrst and default second, then some other presets that come with
Sib Access. I can't use what it calls modified because for some reason the list
items of announcement order is blank, so I opened the preset called Rhythm and
made some changes to the way I want it, then pressed save and gave it a name.
It works fine until the end of the session and I turn off the computer, but the
next time I start up the computer, the saved preset never appears anywhere on
the preset list. Nothing on any of the presets has changed.
