I'm a perfect pitch guy with some audio training as well.
You'd probably be best to transcribe it by ear then.

The more complex the material, the less likely you are to find software that
can do this accurately and quickly.
How good is your ear?
Transcribing by ear is a valuable skill to develop, if you don't have it
already.
If not, I'd be happy to transcribe it for a fee.
