Ramy, It should work fine. Just make sure to have each staff separate, and don't allow multiple voices when you import. Quantizing is definitely important before importing to Sibelius, but you can also tell Sibelius what note duration to use as minimum. Probably a bit of cleanup afterwards, particularly if you end up with overlapping notes.
