OK, it looks like the keystroke got dropped somehow. Try this:

1. In Sibelius press Insert+8 on the number row.
2. The keyboard manager should open and the focus will move to it.
3. You'll be in a list of applications.
4. Make sure that Sibelius is selected and then press Tab.
5. In the list of scripts choose "OpenAndCloseMixer".
6. Press Ctrl+A to add a keystroke to this script.
7. The add keystroke dialog will open.
8. Type Ctrl+Alt+M.
9. Tab to the OK button and press space.
10. Close the keyboard manager and return to Sibelius.

See if that makes a difference.

Sarah,

I need you to confirm whether or not the keystroke to open the mixer is even
getting to Sibelius. Can you:

1. open the windows menu (Alt+W) and look at the mixer option.
2. Escape from the menu.
3. Press Insert+3 on the number row. This instructs JAWS to pass the next
keystroke directly to Sibelius without running any scripts.
4. Immediately after press Insert+3, and before doing anything else, press
Ctrl+Alt+M.
5. Open the window menu again and look at the mixer option.

Did it change?

Ok. I don't get errors that my mixer cant show up. Now I get problems
wherein my mixer won't open ad I can't here what I'm doing. Also I got
myself in to a situation but I'll express that in another thread. The
message about my more not opening says that alt control m should toggle it
but I can't see it when I do it through there or if I do it via the window
menu. Help?
