Sandra, Glad you're moving along. Bear in mind that I'm not certain that JAWS 12 Virtual Ribbon feature will work with the Sibelius ribbon. It works with Office 2007/2010 ribbons, but no way to know if the coding is done the same in Sibelius 7.
