Yes, it's a free screen reader for Windows which is pretty decent.

Another thing that I find is that you can't really edit text in a edit 
box. If you press left or right arrow, Jaws won't say anything, and it's 
one of annoying things about QT. Only way is to delete the entire item 
and retype it.
Does anyone know a work around for this?
