I wonder if maybe Daniel Spreadbury might be the one to report it to.

Subject: [sib-access] Sibelius 7 Test Report

Hi,

I also downloaded Sibelius 7 and did a quick test run. People who are
curious should download the trial version and try! It's not bad at all
if you already know how to use Sibelius. Having said that, here are a
few things I found.
1. If you attach articulation like staccato, Sibelius won't report when
you move to the note with cursor. However, if you press f7 through f12,
it'll tell you which ones are checked. If you put something by mistake,
you won't know until you press f7 through f12 to make sure nothing is
checked. This could be long process if you need to do that for every note.
2. If you attach a text item on a note like expression, chord, or
lyrics, Sibelius won't report if you navigate with cursor. However, it
will tell you if you navigate with tab and shift+tab.
3.. If you change note head to like slash or diamond, Sibelius won't
report what kind of note head it is when you move to the note. It still
says just note.
4. If you put a line like crescendo that stretches more than a note,
Sibelius will only report the starting position of the line. You won't
know where the line ends.
5. It seems like it's better to use Sibelius 7 with NVDA than Jaws,
because Jaws catches some of the shortcut before Sibelius does. For
example, if you want to move to a different staff with ctrl+alt up or
down arrow, Jaws will tell you you're not on a table. It's same for
moving to a different voice and a note within a chord. You have to press
pass through key Jaws+3 every time before you press the shortcuts.

I'm not sure where to report these findings, but hopefully some folks
from Sibelius monitor this list.
I'm really pleased to see that they implemented some accessibility in
Sibelius.
Thanks!

Chi
