Hi again, I tried: Changing JAWS language to English Setting keyboard layout to US English Replace the portaudio_x86.dll file Run Sibelius in compatibility mode for Windows xp Service Pack 3 And I'm still getting the error message "the plug-in is not running correctly." Now, to what extend is anybody using Sibelius version 7? I use Sibelius on windows 7 and many of list members do that. In order to make it work, You should run it in compatibility mode. Open properties of the sibelius's desktop icon, then go to the second tab, which is probably called "compatibility" or something like that, then check the checkbox "run in compatibility mode with" and in the next combo box choose "windows XP service pack 3". I am sorry if I spell names of the controls wrong, because I own russian Windows and don't know exact names of items. But Sibelius 5 seems not running on this system. It opens but doesn't play the splash music and turns to the working area. Does this mean Sib5 can't work on Win7? Sibelius 6 can open correctly, so I hope a set of script of Sib6 can come out. Now I have to make a Ghost for this system and ghost back to XP to run Sib5!
