[sib-access] Re: Continuing Observations

JAWS Key plus NumPad 1 reads the Title Bar of the current Focused Window.
A Check to see where exactly in the program we are.

The NumLock has to be OFF for the JAWS Key to work.
Otherwise it would just give you a Zero and a 1.
