Hi, Dave, yes, that's exactly my set-up.
In order to repair Sibelius 5, should I uinstall itas well as Sibelius 
Speaking and do the whole procedure from start or is there another way?
I downloaded Sibelius 5 from the web when I updated (I have the installer).

Any news on scripts for Sibelius 6?

Another question: when we open a file from Sibelius 5 in Sibelius 6 in order 
to use the magnetic layout, is there a way to choose what part to print 
(suppose yu only want to print the viola from a string quartet score).
I've beenchoosing "print all parts" from the file menu because I can't 
access the parts window.

Patricia,

I presume that the Sib-Access Scripts and the Plug-ins are installed in Sib
5, correct? And that you're using Sib 6 without the benefit of scripts?

That's my setup, as well.

Again to resolve your problem with Sibelius 5 reporting that it's an illegal
copy needs to be resolved through a repair or reinstall of Sib 5.

Thanks, Dave, I have not installed any Sibelius version lately. I do have
Sibelius 6 and have been using both (keep them open at the same time) for
the magnetic layout.

First things first, reinstall Sibelius and then re-install the Sibb-Access
scripts, following all the steps.

I presume that you have not installed any other versions of Sibelius lately?

reopened the program to continue my work and I got a dialogue saying "you're
runing an ileal copy of Sibelius". It started as if it was the first time I
had installed it. After that, every time I tested the plug in, it said the
plug in is no runing correctly.
I did a system restore and it worked, but the system continued to be
unstable.
This morning, I opened sibelius to resume my work and got the following
message:
"The mixe window cannot be found. This is a serious problem. Please, contact
the developers".
Nothing else. I'm totally ay confused about what can be happening.
Every help is highly appreciated.
