[SI-LIST] why eye crosspoint offset

Hello si-list,

     I have observed a eye diagram which crosspoint is about at 25%-30% ,

     which is a elvds interface running at 2.5g and we probe the P or N 
separately .

     we have use tek800 and angilent86100 have see the similar result
     

     So what problems would cause the eye cross at %30 ?

     what result would be reduced ???
