Dear friends of si-list,
I'm looking for transistor level PSPICE/HSPICE models of buffers/drivers CMOS, 
with one of most recent technology for high frequency circuits (0.8 - 0.35 - 
0.28 um with Vdd=1.8V).
Where can I find and download these models?
