[SI-LIST] transformer model

Hi.all
There are lots of transformer used for PHY interface,however,we
have no transformer model to make the simulation.
Does anybody know some information abt. transformer model(S-parameter,spice 
model or ibis model)?
and are there any service provided to create transformer model?
