Key Words:      EMC, EMI， Numerical EM Modeling，Electromagnetic 
Compatibility

Description:
* Systematic EMC design for telecom network product.
* Responsible for providing innovative technology for solving EMC problem of 
telecom
network product.
* Responsible for investigating technology trend and key technology of EMC for 
telecom
equipment.
Essential Skills required:
* More than 5 years experiences on system and PCB EMC design for telecom 
network or
electronic product.
* Excellent analytical skills, profound understanding of electromagnetics 
theories, and solid
physics and mathematics background.
* Expert in EMC/EMI analysis and mitigation design of PCB, packaging, 
components,
connectors and electronic system chassis
* Proficient in signal integrity analysis, power distribution analysis, 
simultaneous switching
noise analysis in high-speed digital/mixed signal system
* Expert in high-frequency 3D/2D electromagnetic modeling with commercial 
computer-aided
tools such as Ansoft HFSS, PSPICE, Agilent ADS, Zeland IE3D, CST, etc..
* Hands-on experiences in VNA, TDR, Spectrum analyzer, anechoic chamber testing 
for
Antennas, EMC/EMI and high-speed digital equipments
Additional skills required:
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and 
interpersonal
skills
* Very highly self-motivated, quick learning, good team player and well 
organized with strong
attention to details
* The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
