Edi,

The FLASH you're using likely has a "muilti-plane
erase" command. I have used this feature on an array
of 64 Samsung devices to erase all blocks on all
devices in about 6 seconds. This includes any file
system (formatting) that may have been previously
written. That'll keep the enemy from seeing any of
your sensitive data (unless, of course, he has access
to some very sensitive X-RAY equipment).
