Dear Frid There are a lot of material about this topic. In my experience, I think the seperation between the via from the two pins of decoupling capacitor is the most important. In X2Y and some new kinds of AVX caps, the coupling between the positive and negative poles are very close. In some papers, it is said that the local decoupling, puttting the decoupling caps very close to the power ground pins, is very important for power delivery system. However, in our simulation and measurement, I do not found out this kind of situation. I hope this will help. In some field solver software, it could be gotten very easily.
