Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer and request the models from them. Really no one else is in a position to supply correct SPICE models anyway. It's pretty likely that you'll either have to sign an NDA to get the models (if they are available) or that the models will be supplied in an encrypted form. If it's the latter case, you'll need HSPICE to run them.
