If I remember correctly, this list formerly had the Reply-to configured to have replies go back to the list (it was changed to reduce the incidence of somewhat personal/private information going to all 3000+ recipients) ... and yet those out-of-office autoreplies were coming back to the originator, not to the list address. But I've read there may be another setting, in one of the other header lines, that may directly affect those autoreplies. The problem, as I understand it, is that there is no standard behavior (or if there is a standard for it, it is not adhered to), so even if you change a setting, some email programs will still send their autoreplies wherever they want to send them.
