[SI-LIST] guarding of a signal in allegro

Hello SI gurus,
      I have a query regarding guarding in allegro/spectra quest.
I have simulated a single for EMI and observed the waveform.
Now i have provided guarding to this signal and simulated and 
observed the waveforms. I found no change in the shape of 
the waveform/results. 
Wot i felt is that the tool is not able to recognise the guarding.
Am i missing something or did i went wrong somewhere???
Can anyone plese help me.
