Dear myan,

1. First check for any protection devices in the transmiting path... If its
there try sending packets after removing that.. Once i received errors when
i assembled some ESD protection devices ..

2. Also whether u hv put the right termination for the ethernet lines..

3. Make sure that u hv a valid ethernet packet. Check for the size of
packet.

4. Regarding the transformer u can chck with the datasheet..
