[SI-LIST] ebd to hspice conversion

How do we covert an ebd file to a hspice SUBCKT. The
manual in hspice says the following command

hspice -t RLC/T_LINE -e ibis_file -o
output_subckt_name

where ibis_file is the ebd file and the
output_subckt_name is the output file which will
contain the corresponding subckt.

But the hspice does not seem to accept this command.
Is there any way to convert the ebd file to hspice
SUBCKT ?
