Morgan, If the width of the power shapes is large compared to the distance to the nearest ground plane (> 10x is typical for power distribution traces) then coupling will be negligible. Try setting it up in a 2D field solver the same way you would analyze trace crosstalk. Coupling face-to-face between power shapes on adjacent layers is many many times larger.
