Hi steve,
Thankyou, here if I provide  Earth ,whether Capacitive loading of the tip&ring 
plays role ? also  how I can  make a trade off between the  crosstalk shielding 
 and capacitive loading.

Whether Capacitive loading actually reduce the bit rate ?
