The stimulus is basically just a digital switch which determines whether the
buffer sends out a 1 or a 0.  I suggest using an infinitely fast rise time
like 1ps or something like that.

when making simulation in Hspice simulator,we need add a stimulus source to
drive the circuit.
what's the right way to determine the rise/fall time of stimulus?
And are there any difference between IBIS model and spice model ?
