Title: Senior Engineer

Location:
 California - San Diego 

Role:
 Candidate will provide electrical design expertise for IC package
development. Required to interface with IC design, package
engineering, applications engineering, and reference platform design
teams. Expected to proactively seek ways to optimize package design
and streamline modeling techniques. Primary areas of focus will be
signal integrity and power distribution issues associated with high
performance, CDMA-based ICs.  

Skills/Experience:
 Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of signal integrity and
high speed digital design.

 Proficient with SPICE and IBIS modeling.

 Experience with optimizing power distribution throughout board and
package.

 Able to condense complex simulation results into concise models and
design guidelines.

 Working knowledge of IC package technology and industry packaging
trends.
 
Additional Skills:
 Knowledge of IC design flows.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Experience with Cadence, Sigrity, MATLAB tools desirable.
 
Education Requirements:
 Minimum Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
