We are looking perform HSPICE link simulations with an Agilent 81250 ParBERT
generator as the driver. I was unable to obtain a simulation model from
Agilent. Has anyone on this list created or seen a model derived from
measurement? Perhaps an IBIS model is available. I wouldn't expect, but
would like, a transistor-based model. We have a couple of different speeds
of generators, but the most useful one would be the 3.3 GHz.
