Signal and Power Integrity Applications Engineer

One of the premier three-dimensional IC package and PCB electrical
analysis software provider, Optimal Corporation
(http://www.optimalcorp.com), is seeking a highly motivated individual
to join its sales and support team at its San Jose, CA corporate
headquarters.  The successful candidate will work closely with
customers, developers, and management to ensure that Optimal's
products are evolving toward and currently impacting critical design
needs.  Typical duties will include on-site user trainings, analysis
and presentation of technical benchmarks, working side-by-side with
customers through design issues, and participation in industry trade
shows and conferences.  Additionally,  the successful candidate will
play a key role in building, training, and motivating our worldwide
sales force.

Desired qualifications
=95     Graduate-level educational background in electrical engineering with
an emphasis on transmission lines, microwave design, and/or signal
integrity
=95     Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas to diverse audiences
=95     Exceptional CAD/EDA tool usage experience, particularly in tool
integration (e.g. PERL/Python scripting)
=95     Experience in solving signal and power integrity issues for
high-speed designs
=95     Experience in package and/or PCB design and manufacturing
