For beginners, I would suggest to start with one or more of the following
books:
- Johnson, Graham: High-Speed Digital Design.  A Handbook of Black Magic.
Prentice Hall, 1994.
- Eric Bogatin: Signal Integrity - Simplified. Prentice Hall, New Jersey,
2004.
- Douglas Book: Signal Integrity Issues and Printed Circuit Board Design.
Prentice Hall, New Jersey, 2003.
- Ron Schmitt: Electromagnetics Explained.  Newness Elsevier-Science, 2002.
