Hi Marimuthu, Regarding the voltage rating of a capacitor it should be twice the voltage applied. Ceramic capacitors are used for high frequency noise rejection, so you can have one ceramic decap for each pin.=20 Bulk capacitor values will be decided by your peak load current and switching frequency. So you should calculate the peak load current and then apply the following formula. C =3D I*dt/dv.
