Hi All,
I do not have in depth knowledge of signal. I had one query on R_fixture. In 
our current system, we have tool which write IBIS file but when we increase 
R_fixture . what will be impact on IBIS data point for rise and fall waveform. 
As per my understanding, we identify point from pullup and pulldown which does 
not have any impact of R_fixture.
