[SI-LIST] Power supply decouple

Hi ,
The high frequency decouple needs 0.1 uf , 0.01uf ,0.000uf & etc.
 People use spice to figure out the exact caps required for decoupling
 the higher frequencies in a system.

 Can some one tell me what exactly needs to be simulated 
  to derive at the cap values.
