I requiire an oscilloscope to view the waveforms of a class E RF amplifier
running at 150 MHz. The waveforms will not be sinusiodal and as such will
contain significant harmonics. I believe I will need a scope with at least a
1GHz bandwidth to view these waveforms accurately but I do not possess such
an instrument. Could anyone suggest a good scope for this application?

Thanks in advance.
