Hi All,
 
I am running a decoupling experiment and wanted to show the 
impact of utilizing the 1,000uF low ESR tantalums that Kemet 
offers.  The feedback that I have gotten is that they will only sample
5 pieces which is not enough and I don't want to commit to an 
entire reel.  Is aware of a vendor who offers cut tape for Kemet
products or someone who would be willing to give me about 20
pieces.
 
I figured that with all the high power low voltage work that this 
list creates, someone may have run into this issue already.
