[SI-LIST] LVDS 100 ohm differential

Hi all,

I'm guessing this has been covered in the past, but I'm hoping for a 
quick "been there, done that" feedback regarding laying out signal 
traces for LVDS circuitry using 100 ohm differential signaling.

I don't have access to Linecalc so I'm hoping to get back a "typical" 
line width and edge to edge spacing (stripline and microstrip) to get me 
100ohms differential. I'm working on a .062"-.093" (FR-4 material, 1oz 
CU) board stackup so line widths are variable at this point.

Any and all feedback is appreciated.
