Prepare routing constraints, and perform analysis of = transmission line effects, cross-talk and noise coupling mechanisms. = Must be familiar with cross-talk and noise mitigation techniques. Duties = include all activities necessary to take a design from concept to = production ready prototype, analyzing the architecture definition, = schematic design and conflicting layout requirements, working with = Development Engineers, ECAD, and Electrical Analysis. Responsibilities = Include: - Acquire and develop models, ensure the accuracy of models = used for simulation. - Perform analysis of electrical interconnect and = simulate to define a solution space. - Develop design constraints for = interconnect routing. Identify contingencies - Develop test plans to = validate Signal Integrity signaling - Execute test plans using lab = measurement equipment. =20 Required Skills: =20 Proficient in verbal and written communication. - Experience with IBIS = and SPICE simulation tools. Experience with Mentor Graphic's ICX, = Hyperlynx, Tau, HSPICE, and Mentor Boardstation RE desirable.
