Why don't you check the [Pin] syntax.

In case of BGA or CGA, the package made by user has some alphabetic
character in their pin number.
But AB01 is not same as to AB1,

Good luck

Subject: [SI-LIST] ICX problem with part model load and no pin model

Hi all,

I'm having problems when loading a part model into ICX.

What could be the reason when no pin models appear on pin
model column after a part model has been loaded?
When probing a net on this pin it will show higher steady state output =
than VCC and also lots of over/under shoot :-)

It works ok and I get meaninful results if I load a pin model separately =
for each pin.
I think ICX should do this automatically but I'm doing something wrong =
here..
