[SI-LIST] ICM model support in Hspice

Hi, SI Gurus,
Although Synopsys claimed HSPICE2004.09 support .ICM command in
the release notes. However, we did not get any information the user
guide. Do you know the syntax regarding .ICM command? Thank you for
your helps in advance.
