Harrison, I was an SI manager a few years ago=2E  If you have 4 or more SI

ers, my advice is to set up a team with an SI manager=2E
The manager should have a few years experience in various aspects of SI - high

eed channels, on board SI analysis, power integrity=2E  This person needs to be 
a=
 good coach, handing out challenging=20=
assignments to the engineers who have the right experience for the task while 
als=
o helping everyone on his team grow=2E  The SI manager should retain some 
technic=
al tasks to keep updated with=20=
technology=2E
I had a spreadsheet with all the various projects, timelines, and held weekly 
mee=
tings to keep a strong line of communication=2E  One on one meetings with the 
tea=
m members also worked well=2E
