I few links I had for probe stations. http://www.gigatest.com/PRODProbestations.asp http://www.cascademicrotech.com/ http://www.probingsolutions.com/ http://www.jmicrotechnology.com/index.html http://www.suss.com/zprobe/ http://www.micromanipulator.com/ I too was interested in a probe station for R&D. Probe stations are very pricey and can go up into the $99K region ( 1 quote ). I think J Micro Tech has smaller probe stations with lower prices. Basically , we are trying to do some direct TDR and S-parameter measurement on the high speed backplane. Is there anyone out there have any information related to this high speed probing station and the approximate cost. I know this area is very broad, but it is very helpful if I can get some more first hand information from you. thanks alot for your help Regards Jason Leung ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu
