You might try RF -180 by Teledyne, they're mechanical relays, DPDT ( but can be used as SPDT) , small form factor and rated to 6 GHz or Dowkey has some mechanical relays , a bit larger, but rated to 26 GHz . I would stay away from solid state relays if you care about jitter.
