[SI-LIST] GPPO Edge Launch -- Experiences > 10 GHz / Proper Mount?


Hi,

recently there was a discussion on how to mount properly SMA connectors for
10 Gbps applications.

I wonder if anybody of the SI-List wants to share his experience with edge
launch
GPPO connectors. Specifically what their performance is in the 10-20 GHz
range
(return/insertion loss) and if there are any ways to mount them properly
(cutting back the center pin, removing PCB ground???).

Any feedback is very much appreciated.
