Charging $9/hr., is it really possible to recoup the cost of EDA SI tools it
takes to do the job? Or, maybe Cadence/Mentor/whoever offer their tools free
of charge ... sort of a goodwill gesture to help developing countries, eh?
On the other hand, one could possibly do SI work by the seat of their pants
- no need for those overpriced, fancy tools.
